Yumi is simply making a living in the city of Shinatsu.

Yumi grew up in the city of Shinatsu, living in a small town. Having lost both of her parents, she continues on with the family's work. As such, she is often backloaded with orders doing it all herself. Yumi works as a seamstress and tailor. It is her responsibility to stitch up clothes and make new ones. She is the only one of her kind in her town, and thus she is heavily relied upon. The town is small enough that everyone knows who she is, putting her on a first name basis with most of her customers. Instead of money, she tends to trade her clothes for other things, such as food or parts for her machines.
