Aiko Itou is a playable character in BlazBlue: Shattered Silence.

Information

Aiko is a fox beastkin, but Aiko was born differently. Her ears, tail, and hair were white. It is because of this she has drawn even more attention because she is the only beastkin who has such traits. It is not known how she was able to gain a white tail and ears, as her whole family had brown ears and tail. She was hounded because of her uniqueness, but her older sister Kiyoko, made sure that people left her alone. She is familiar with a good bunch of people including Miwa and Makoto and their children. She grew up as normal of a life she could lead. She loves the snow to a great extent. Much to Kiyoko's dismay, Aiko learned the way of the sword over using a bow and arrow.

Black Azure Revival Saga

Aiko did not get into many battles during the saga and was simply helpful for moral support. She is shown to be a great help for Matt's psyche after splitting up with Caliber. It is not currently known what Aiko thinks of Matt or many of the other characters. She states that Ame is way too overprotective and that Kiyoko, her sister, is also opposed to the idea of her being here. After the events of the saga, Aiko moved on to other matters.

Personality

Aiko tends to be cold to those she doesn't know, but if it is someone she knows, she is warm, friendly, and affectionate. Aiko is not afraid to get dirty. Aiko enjoys having fun, she was known to enjoy playing with Shizuka because the two were often very close. She is the only person outside Shizuka's family that she trusts. She is known to be protective of those she cares about. She is smart. She knows how to wield a Katana. She will not abandon those in need, even at the risk of her own life.

Appearance

Aiko has white fox ears and tail. She has red eyes. She has two purple ribbons tied to her front bangs. She wears black leggings, a pink skirt and shirt, and a white scarf. She also wears pink boots.
